Bank of Baroda Adjusts Timings Post COVID-19 Lockdown

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bank of Baroda and several other banks have made changes to their operations. However, the bank has now restored its normal working hours, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, after consulting with state governments.

All services, including passbook printing, account opening, cash deposit and withdrawal, cheque clearing, remittances, government transactions, and note exchange services have resumed at Bank of Baroda branches.

Customers are urged to take necessary precautions when visiting the bank. Face masks are mandatory, social distancing must be maintained, and proper sanitization is required. Customers should also adhere to designated queues and only visit the bank when absolutely necessary.

To minimize overcrowding, Bank of Baroda encourages customers to utilize their Net-banking and Mobile Banking services for most banking operations.

NEFT transactions will be processed from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays and Sundays. However, customers can access NEFT services through online banking 24/7, without incurring any charges.

Similarly, RTGS facility is available at Bank of Baroda from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. Customers can also make use of the Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), which is available round the clock, for fund transfers to other banks.

Bank of Baroda branches operate from Monday to Friday, with business hours between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note that the bank remains closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month. Branch timings may vary, so it is advisable to check with the specific branch.
