How to Redeem RBL Credit Card Reward Points Online

RBL Bank has introduced India's first digital reward redemption program, allowing their credit card holders to redeem their reward points online. Launched on April 1st, 2015, this innovative scheme aims to provide unique and exciting reward experiences to the Indian populace.

With this facility, RBL clients can now use their accumulated points for a range of services, including hotel stays, flights, the latest technological gadgets, mobile recharge, retail shopping vouchers, personalized gifts, and more.

The loyalty program follows a simple process. Clients with privileged status are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. They can earn points by using their RBL credit card, with each point being equivalent to 25 paise in real currency. Once enough points have been collected, clients can choose from various redemption options.

Follow these steps to quickly and easily redeem your RBL Credit Card reward points online:

Step 1: Visit the website rblrewards.com and log in to your account using your unique identification number and account password. If you are a new user, click on "Register here!" to register your credit card online.

Step 2: Enter your card number and date of birth, then click "GENERATE OTP" to receive a One-Time Password.

Step 3: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click "OK" to proceed.

Step 4: Create an account using your email address and password. Click "Create My Account" to successfully create your account and log in to the RBL reward site.

Step 5: Choose how you want to redeem your points. Options include using points for hotel stays and flights, shopping for products in various categories, mobile recharge, retail vouchers, and personalized gifts. Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to payment.

Step 6: Click "Redeem Points," select the number of points you wish to redeem, and enter the authentication OTP sent to your registered phone number to complete the redemption process.

Please note that a redemption fee of Rs 99 will be deducted for each point's redemption, effective from June 1st, 2019.
