The ICICI Bank RTGS charges are as follows:

How to Perform RTGS in ICICI Bank?
Before transferring funds via ICICI RTGS online, you must first add the beneficiary to your account. Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to ICICI net banking.
2. Go to Funds Transfer.
3. Select the Beneficiary Type as Other Bank Payee.
4. Enter the Beneficiary Account details or Credit Card number.
5. Choose the Beneficiary's IFSC, using the bank and branch name.
6. Click on Add.
7. Hit the Confirm button.
8. Enter the OTP to authenticate and complete the process.
These steps are the same for ICICI Bank mobile banking as well.
How to Transfer Funds via ICICI Bank RTGS using Netbanking or Mobile Banking Services?
1. Log in to your ICICI Bank netbanking account or iMobile app.
2. Go to the Funds Transfer tab.
3. Add the Beneficiary from the drop-down list.
4. Select your account.
5. Enter the transfer amount and remarks for the transaction.
6. Choose the RTGS payment method.
7. Review your transaction details and click on confirm.
8. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number to complete the ICICI Bank RTGS process.
Alternatively, if you are unable to perform the RTGS transaction online using ICICI netbanking or mobile banking services, you can visit your nearest ICICI Bank branch and make the payment there. For this, you will need to fill out the ICICI Bank RTGS form, of which the details are explained in the next section.
