Eligibility for the Domicile Certificate in Madhya Pradesh
To be eligible for the domicile certificate in Madhya Pradesh, the individual must meet one of the following conditions:
1. Permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh.

Step 2: Collect the domicile certificate application form and fill it out accurately.
Step 3: Submit the completed application form along with the required documents and fees to the official at the Jan Seva Kendra, CSC, or MP Online Kiosk. Upon submission, an acknowledgement slip with a 'Registration number' will be generated, which should be noted for future reference.
Online Application Process in Madhya Pradesh
Step 1: Visit the official website of the MP e-District Portal.
Step 2: Click on the 'Citizen Registration' button.
Step 3: Provide the necessary details and click on the 'Click here to verify your mobile no & email ID' button.
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, and a verification link will be sent to the email ID. Enter the received OTP and click on the link to complete the verification process and register the account.
Step 5: Click the 'Login' button and enter the password, email ID, mobile number, and captcha code to log in.
Step 6: Select the 'Domicile Certificate' option from the available services on the portal.
Step 7: Fill out the application form, upload the required documents, pay the fees, and submit the application. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgement with the registration number will be generated for tracking the application status.
