To complete an OBC balance enquiry, account holders must give a missed call to the toll-free number 08067205757. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Dial the Oriental Bank of Commerce Balance Enquiry Number.
2. The call will automatically disconnect after two short rings.
3. Account holders will receive an SMS containing their account balance.
It's important to note that the missed call facility is only available to account holders who have registered their mobile numbers for Missed Call & SMS Banking. Those who wish to check their Oriental Bank of Commerce account balance via missed call should register their mobile number for SMS Banking at the nearest bank branch.

2. Mobile Banking: Download and install the OBC mPay app, available on both Android and iOS platforms. Verify your registered mobile number (the one linked to your OBC account), login using your User ID and password, and select the "Accounts" option from the dashboard to check your account balance instantly.
3. SMS Banking: To check your Oriental Bank of Commerce account balance via SMS, send "ACBAL" to 9915622622. Similarly, to obtain a mini statement, send "STM" to the same number.
4. Passbook: Account holders are issued a passbook when opening an account with Oriental Bank of Commerce. Updating the passbook regularly ensures that all transactions are recorded and helps in tracking the account balance. However, to update the passbook, account holders must visit the nearest bank branch.
5. ATM: OBC account holders can also check their balance at an Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM or any other bank ATM. Simply swipe the ATM/debit card, enter the PIN, and choose the "Balance Enquiry / Check Account Balance" option. The account balance will be displayed on the screen.
6. Toll-Free Number: If you have any queries or issues regarding your account balance, you can call the OBC Balance Enquiry toll-free number for assistance. The toll-free number is 18001801235. Follow the instructions provided by the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to check your account balance quickly.
