- Retail Banking Customer: Enter your old customer ID and the captcha code, then click the submit button to obtain a new CRN.

- Business Banking Customer: Enter your old corporate ID, customer ID, and the captcha code, then click the submit button to obtain a new CRN.

Having your CRN Number on hand allows you to access Kotak bank net banking and Kotak 811 account. It is also required for filling out any applications within the bank.
